Modelled production is a model
Production figures in proposals and on this website are modelled estimates based on measured shading, orientation, pitch and typical meteorological year irradiance data. Actual output varies with weather, soiling, snow, equipment performance and household behaviour. Where a production guarantee applies, its exact terms are stated in your contract and nowhere else.
Incentives and tax matters
We are contractors, not tax advisers. Incentive amounts, eligibility rules and expiry dates are set by third parties and change. Nothing on this website or in a proposal is tax advice, and you should confirm your own position with a qualified professional before relying on any figure.
Permits, interconnection and inspection
Timelines for permitting, utility interconnection and inspection are outside our control. We apply promptly and chase regularly, but the authority having jurisdiction and your utility set the pace, and a system may not legally export before written permission to operate is issued.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of CO.
