SuperiorWhat we have learned here
Working in Superior
- 01
Superior sits in a documented high wind corridor. We reduce foot spacing and specify racking to the higher uplift zone as standard.
- 02
Rebuild homes are exceptionally tight, so heat pump sizing comes out small and the array can carry a large share of the heating kWh.
- 03
Several HOAs require a colour-matched skirt or a specific conduit routing. We build that into the design rather than arguing later.
- 04
Wildfire mitigation setbacks affect array layout on some lots. Fire access pathways come out of usable roof area.
