We only collect what we need to respond to you and provide our services.

- Details about the service you are requesting, entered in quote, booking or contact forms.

Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run our business, such as scheduling, payment and email platforms, and only under agreements that require them to protect it. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Utility data authorisation
To size a system properly we need twelve months of your metered consumption in kWh. We request it from your utility only with your written authorisation, we use it solely to model your system, and we delete it on request. We never sell it and we never share it with finance companies.
Monitoring data
If you take a monitoring plan, your system reports production data to the manufacturer's portal under an account registered in your name. We access it to compare actual against modelled output and to support warranty claims. You can revoke our access at any time and keep the account.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
