Three roles
Racking, module setting, conduit and DC wiring on residential roofs across Boulder County. You will be on a crew of three with a foreman who has done this for eight years.
What you need
- Two years of residential PV install experience
- Comfortable working at height on pitched roofs
- Colorado driving licence
- OSHA 10 or willingness to get it in your first month
Blower door testing, thermal imaging, duct leakage, combustion safety and air sealing work. You will write the readings up yourself, and you will occasionally have to tell someone not to buy solar.
What you need
- BPI Building Analyst, or eligible and willing to certify within 90 days
- Crawl space and attic work without complaint
- Able to explain ACH50 to a homeowner in plain language
Permits, interconnection applications, inspections, rebate paperwork and the schedule. The person who knows why the Longmont application is different from the Xcel one.
What you need
- Two years coordinating permitted construction or utility work
- Extremely organised, calm about bureaucracy
- Bonus if you have filed a Colorado interconnection application before
